- Log in to the Brandix IT Help Center at z3n-brandixdemo.zendesk.com.
- Click on “Submit a Request” from the top menu.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Category: Hardware / Software / Network / Other
- Device Type: Laptop / Desktop / Thin Client / Other
- Issue Summary: (e.g., “Laptop not booting”, “Outlook crashing”)
- Detailed Description: Include steps to reproduce the issue and any error messages.
- Location: India / Sri Lanka / US
- Urgency Level: Low / Medium / High / Critical
- Attach relevant screenshots or documents, if applicable.
