When to Raise a Hardware Ticket:
- Laptop/desktop not booting
- Display issues (e.g., flickering, blank screen)
- Battery or charging problems
- Hardware damage (e.g., cracked screen, keyboard not working)
Steps to Raise a Hardware Request:
- Log in to z3n-brandixdemo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
- Select “Submit a Request” > Hardware Support.
- Fill in:
- Device Serial Number (found on bottom panel or via IT asset tag)
- Location (India, Sri Lanka, or US)
- Issue Description
- Photos of physical damage, if applicable
- Choose Urgency Level
- Critical: Device is unusable
- Medium: Issue impacts work but has a workaround
- Low: Cosmetic or minor issue
What Happens Next:
- Our support team will review and assign a technician within 1 business day.
- For urgent requests, on-site visits or remote diagnostics will be prioritized.
